Carmenere

I grew up making wine watching my Nonno when I was a ragazzo but as I got older I hung out with my Uncle Carm as he continued the tradition.  So naturally this one is nicknamed the “UNCLE CARMenere”.  This Carmenere has a beautiful aroma of red and black fruits, bell pepper, spices, and herbs.  The flavor has green bell pepper, tobacco, chocolate, cherry, plum, with hints of vanilla from toasted French oak chips used during primary fermentation.  It’s a medium body wine with medium acidity and soft tannins.
