Nebbiolo

Nebi”YOLO” is the famous grape of the Barolo wines.  The color is that of a translucent, light garnet red.  The taste has some high acidity with assertive tannins.  It will have some austere taste in youth and will age beautifully over the next 5-10 (or more) years if you are the most patient person in the world or consider yourself a “collector”.  The aroma will have scents of tar (often used to describe Barolo wines) and roses in youth, and violets, wild herbs, cherries, raspberries, truffles, tobacco, and prunes as it ages
